THINGS TO REMEMBER

Registration closes Friday,  November 22, 11:59 PM. ​

Employees attend for free*

Guest payments are charged via the secure payment portal at the time of registration.​​

​

*Registered employees who do not attend the event and have not emailed a cancelation notice to communications@copecommunityservices.org by 11/29/2024 will automatically have $40.00 deducted

from their January 17, 2025 paycheck.

This is an 18 and older event.

​​

One guest per employee.

​​

Registered employees will receive parking validation to cover garage parking fees.

(one validation per registration)

The JW Marriott Starr Pass has provided COPE with a courtesy quest room block of  30 standard rooms for the night of December 20 on a first-come-first-served basis.

​

Reserve a room by November 22 to take advantage of the discounted rate.

​

Check-in starts at 6:30 pm and will close promptly at 7:20 pm.

​

Arrive early to avoid parking issues. There will be other events at the JW Marriott during the Employee Holiday Party; please plan accordingly to arrive during the check-in time.

​

If you use the on-site photo booth, you permit COPE to use your photo for future slide shows, etc.

​​

Dress code: Feel free to wear formal attire or, at minimum, business casual.

​

If you plan to consume alcoholic beverages, please drink responsibly. There is zero tolerance for unruly behavior.  Always have a designated driver or coordinate a ride, such as Lyft, Uber, or Taxi.
